Description Today's Picture By Radio From Jerusalem. Tells of Life in Nazi Extermination Camp. Shimon Srebnik, a Polish-born Israeli mechanic who survived the Nazi death camp of Chelmno, gives evidence at the trial of Adolf Eichmann in the Beit Ha'am building in Jerusalem today, June 6. In background are two photographs of a model of the Treblinka death camp which was in the Warsaw district. In evidence, Srebnik told how he was ordered to extract the gold teeth from the mouths of Jewish victims killed in gas vans at chelmno. He said that his feet were chained throughout his stay at the camp -- from the end of 1943 up to his liberation early in 1945. Associated Press Photo from London.
