Description Today's Picture by Radio. Eichmann Hears Death Sentence. Adolf Eichmann stands in his bullet proof box in the court at Jerusalem today December 15, and hears the judges pronounced a sentence of death against him, for his part in the deaths of millions of Jews during the last war. The former Lieutenant-Colonel in Hitler's Nazi army, heard the sentence with composure. He will die by hanging, probably in the early part of next summer. Associated Press Photo from London.
