Description Adolf Eichmann. Today's Picture. Tel Aviv, Israel: Adolf Eichmann, former Nazi, accused of responsibility for the extermination of six million Jews, photographed in jail somewhere in Israel today by a government photographer. Israel's note claiming that Eichmann was discovered in Argentina by Jewish "volunteers" and returned to Israel of his own free will to answer the charge, was today considered by the foreign ministry in Buenos Aires. The note, handed by the foreign ministry last night was in reply to the complaint that Eichmann was kidnapped in Argentina for delivery to the Israeli court.
